You may return unused items to us at your own expense within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will only accept returns, if they have not been worn, washed, stained (make-up, deodorant, etc.) and have all labels attached with original packaging including the original invoice.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks.

Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, you should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not accept liability for any products that do not reach us and recommend using an insured delivery service.
Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid.
